My First Blog Post

My first blog post comes from the waiting room of Ascension Seton Medical Center Austin. My mom is having surgery. I'll spare you the details.

It's said when you get old the two things you talk about are medical problems and food. The endless search for good carbonara and the longevity to live and taste it. The sooner a man accepts that the best carbonara is the one his wife/girlfriend makes, the healthier they become. In my case, it just happens to be true.

I am very healthy.
